The delivery of your order will made within 14 business days unless otherwise stated. If you have ordered multiple products, they are likely to be delivered at different times. The cost varies depending on the item purchased, since shipping costs are attributed to each product. However, before proceeding with the purchase, you can view the delivery costs.
Once you have made a purchase of one or more products, within 12 hours after the product has been shipped, you will receive a notification from the supplier for each package with the respective order tracking number.
Shipments are made internationally, unless differently specified by the suppliers.

Print the label received at the time of order confirmation and return the product to the supplier within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs are carried by the customer.
If the product is damaged, please contact our customer support who will be happy to assist you.
The timeframe for the reimbursement may vary depending on how the payment has been made. In general, the reimbursement will be made as soon as the supplier confirms that the return shipping has arrived and the item has been checked.
